The Genesis Patient Portal will allow you to easily upload your off-base medical records for review by the MDG. As such, the Genesis Patient Portal will allow the MDG to have more efficient and secure access to patient records and provide secure messaging capabilities. We believe it will greatly improve the quality of care we are able to provide to you.

Note: Genesis Patient Portal will replace the MDG organizational email box for sending and receiving dental/medical/clinical/progress notes and records.
